1) What payment methods are accepted?
Payment for purchases on stadioalbertopicco.com is made through Shopify Payments. All major payment methods can be accepted through this tool.
2) How long does it take to receive a refund?
In most cases, the customer receives a refund within 10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank. Within the authorisation period, when a customer is refunded (in part or in full), he or she may not have a refund entry on the account statement, as we change the acquisition amount for the debit at the time of the deposit. The customer may still have a debit as 'Pending' on the statement until the period expires. If you would like assistance in determining the status of a refund you have processed, please contact Shopify support to obtain the refund reference number.
3) Which credit cards can I pay with?
The Shopify Payments system accepts all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay. Payments via Bancontact and iDEAL are also accepted.
