Refund policy
Stadio Alberto Picco dello Spezia Calcio Srl, entrusts the management of payments to Blueventi Srl, which accepts payment for the Products purchased through Shopify Payments. Credit card details are managed directly by credit institutions and/or financial companies, specialised in the management of online payments.
The information is encrypted using encryption systems that prevent it from being used by third parties and is sent directly to the bank. In the event of any irregularity in the payment transaction, Stadio Alberto Picco reserves the right, following specific checks (e.g. verification of credit card ownership, checks on unauthorised or abusive use of the credit card), not to process the order.
Any refunds/exchanges must be requested within 4 days from the date of the event. If the conditions are met, any reimbursement to the Customer shall be made by cancellation of the credit card payment.
